- Price is in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Other currencies are based on the current rate.
- 50% deposit to start the production which acts as an Order Confirmation.
- 50% balance upon delivery.
- Payment on Business (Wholesale) price by cash in Indonesia or by your delegated cargo in Indonesia subjected to 10% government tax. However payment by transfer from foreign countries is free of 10% government tax.
- Payment by cheque and/or bank transfer is valid whenever approved and confirmed by our bank.
- All price is EXVAT Bali.
- Price EXVAT Java to be recalculated.
- No refund on deposit whenever the order is cancelled.
- DESAIN-KU only supplies standard packing with transparent plastic. Any special packing such as net & ribbon packing or others will be at an additional charge.
- Another special packing for FCL, please consult with your trusted cargo.
- DESAIN-KU is not responsible for mistreated and mishandled by cargo which results into items’ damage.
- Items cannot be returned or complained after 3(three) months. Complains only relates to the lack of quality not to the mistreated and/or mishandled by cargo.
- A 10% surcharge of total invoice will apply monthly for goods stored more than a week after completion.
- Items not taken after 1 year, DESAIN-KU has full right to sell them.
- sDESAIN-KU Logo and Designs are patented registered. Any counterfeiting will lead to serious trial procedure.
